Chicken is still one of the cheapest proteins to cook, and going back to recreate some old favourite dishes using charcoal is always fun.

    looking the goods when I make mine, I mix the butter and garlic with some cream cheese just for a thinker center have you ever tried it also, when I was chefing I made a few different one's sweet chili cream cheese and spinach or garlic cream cheese triple smoked have and seeded mustard we will have to have a cook up one day you can show mw a thing or 2 :)

    What am I doing wrong? I got ready-made quarter pounders instead of making my own. I have the bbq at 135 degrees celcius and after an hour the burgers are still only 64 degrees. The temperature of the burgers doesn't seem to get any higher either. It is not because of the thermometers
